which one of these two telescopes do you recomend?

well Im stuck between these two on which i might ask for, for my birthday. I definentaly have to be able to move it around since my room is in the basment. but I want to get the best experience.

Definitely the Vixen. It has a larger aperture, 130mm compared to 100mm. Vixen is a good reliable brand and this telescope is a tried and true performer. I owned one myself for a while.

[Edit] Something I just noticed is that the Vixen price is for JUST the telescope, and does NOT include a mount. A telescope simply can’t be used without a mount. The same telescope with a basic mount costs almost twice as much:

You can get the same optics on a simple Dobsonian type mount for a lot less money from Bushnell or SkyWatcher:
