Tamron 70-300 vs. Sony 75-300?
What is the difference in these two lenses other than a 5 millimeter difference and a larger range of aperture?
Also what is Macro? I believe it is the capability to get up close shots. Is this something that can be turned on and off?
Which do you recommend?
Currently I have a Sony A200 with a standard lens. I used to think it was mediocre but have been advised to think more wisely.
Here are the two I am looking at.
Are these good for portraits and every day use?
Thank you!
