Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 on Windows 7 ?
I recently ordered a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 and when I started playing around with it, it was fine. Then I sign into Skype or ooVoo everything is fine until I get into a video chat with another person. My computer isn’t all that.
Dell Optiplex SX280
Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit)
40 GB Hardrive
1 GB Ram
I Really have no clue about a graphics card or if I even have one.
You don’t need a graphics card, but you do need more RAM to run Windows 7 properly. Upgrade to 2GB DDR2 at minimum.
Also, check that you’ve installed the QuickCam Pro 9000 software as well.
It’s a very good webcam, I own one myself and have no troubles with it on Windows 7, Mac OS X, Linux or even XP (I have multiple PCs).
