Since the D80 has been discontinued you might want to look at the Nikon D90. The D90 offers video capability and is available at http://www.bhphotovideo.com for $1159.95 with an 18-105mm VR lens.
If you decide to stay with the D80, in my opinion the two lens kit is the better deal – IF it comes with everything it should. Per the Nikon site, the D80 package included the following:
