18-135mm lens hood help!?
Hi guys,
I got a 18-135mm lens and I am wondering what can kind of lens hood I can use for this lens?
The standard one i found is this :

But I’m also wondering if my 18-135 can use a more Cone shaped hood? Any suggestions? I found this but not sure.

Can anyone also tell me how much I can vignette on these things? Will it won’t vignette at farther zooms? sorry im new. much appreciated.
PIcture Taker is totally correct. That cone hood would not work with your lens. From 18mm to probably over 50mm your photos would look like they were shot from inside a barrel.
The scallops in the pedal hood prevent vignetting in the corners at the wide angle portion of your lens.
